UNITED STRONGMEN™ WALL OF FAME AWARDS

The first ever UNITED STRONGMEN™ awards will be announced in October 2011 directly after launching the webpages www.unitedstrongmen.com.

In the first heat there will be 5 awards published and in the future the awards will be announced after 6-12 months periods with 1-5 awards at the time.

The award will be given to persons or organizations which have left their footprint to the world of strongman with positive effects.

The award outside of our logo is designed by artist Yvonne Holden, who is well known about her gifts in painting muscular and strong canvas-art.

Respect is one of the main principles in UNITED STRONGMEN™ - To respect the legend, memory and history in strongman some of the first awards will be given in person in unique happening, which can´t be quadrated to any other strongman happening in the world - Jon-Påll Sigmarsson Classic II is the venue, where first awards will be given.

As a part of Icelandic Fitness & Healt Expo in Reykjavik´s Harpa Hall 4th-6th, November 2011 Sigmarsson Classic is a part of history - and a great place to start writing more with our awards, says the UNITED STRONGMEN™ founder Jyrki Rantanen.
